The Digital Sales Specialist uses data-driven insights to provide outcome-based recommendations, driving successful revenue life-cycles. This role plays a vital position within the team by identifying strong market opportunities, driving our Live Ops best practices, defining what good looks like for our KPIs and prioritizing features to maximize product success.

 

The Digital Sales Specialist thrives in an environment of ownership, autonomy, and strategic planning. Through insight and deep mobile game experience, he asks the right questions and work with our teams to get the right answers. This role will partner with engineering, design, product marketing, studio leadership, and the rest of our amazing team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage 3 in-game stores and respond to changing in-store situations
  • Articulate, through comprehensive analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of complementary and competing products
  • Autonomously producing regular, concise reports communicate results against KPIs and strategic objectives
  • Conduct analysis to inform & drive feature prioritization and product optimization
  • Build dashboards and reports to help other team members interpret data
  • Test, and evaluate A/B testing on various user sets to ensure optimal game KPI’s
  • Use data analysis to plan & execute against bi-weekly sprints and long-term product roadmaps
  • Develop innovative solutions against KPI targets by analyzing metrics to inform success/failure of each release
  • Act as the consumer-facing product champion, continually look for opportunities to innovate customer retention and monetization philosophies
  • Working particularly closely with design and production stakeholders to drive the strongest feature set for product success

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years’ experience with web analytics and reporting on data
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Understanding of Agile/Waterfall process
  • Experience with feature performance analysis & KPI Optimization
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce tools and principles
  • Thorough understanding and experience of the mobile game market
  • Autonomous and results-driven
  • Strong intellectual curiosity to stay in sync with learning new technologies
  • Quantitative and qualitative mindset
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, careful and takes mistakes seriously

 

This is for a full-time position at our Vancouver Studio located downtown at 1220 – 1095 West Pender Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 2M6
