Nick has 20+ years as a software engineer in the games industry, the last 14 as a Lead or Technical Director. His work experience includes companies such as Gremlin Interactive, SEGA, Microsoft, Eidos, and EA. Nick has worked on numerous large franchises including Tomb Raider, Resident Evil, Sonic the Hedgehog and Age of Empires. He has also developed numerous core technology systems and pioneered AI research in machine learning. Nick’s deep understanding of the digital game space has made him an expert in building high-performance software engineering teams, running online enabled, high availability services and building high-performance infrastructures / engines with high-velocity content pipelines.
